Established in 1986 by Mr. Zvika Grinberg, the Kislev Group operates in four key domains including automotive, real estate, financial services (off-bank credit and investments), and logistics. The Group started out as a close-knit family-owned business, and today, thirty years later, is a major holding company with business operations in both Israel and abroad

Since its founding, the Group has been consistently committed to quality, innovation, credibility, and managerial prowess – the combination of which has contributed greatly to its continued success.

The Kislev Group’s long-standing leadership in the transportation industry was further solidified in 2019, when, together with Chnap Battery and the Sky Fund, it combined its transportation unit with the Weiss Pendum Group, representing the largest merger in the industry to date (Link to full story)

Under Kislev's management, Continental became Israel's leading tire provider in just a few years. Leveraging on this success, Kislev quickly added more brands to the tire portfolio and together with Sky Fund and Schnapp, also owns Alliance Marketing, Israel's leading provider of tires for the agriculture sector.

Group company – Kislev Transportation is also the exclusive distributor of Alliance, Cooper, Mickey Thompson, and Uniroyal, among other leading tire brands. The company has over 800 points of sale nationwide that are reached daily with a fleet of 26 trucks, as well as a nationwide support center.

  1. 1986

    Kislev Logistics

    Zvika Grinberg acquires Kislev Logistics. During the following years the company executed a number of strategic acquisitions of additional logistics companies including Neptunia, Ari, Eldad, Zamir Zilberman, and more. The company opened global offices in Italy, India, and Germany, and in just a few years became one of the three leading logistics companies in Israel.

  2. 1990

    Kislev Financial

    Kislev Group’s Kislev Financial Services was established. The company specializes in providing businesses with financial consultation and credit services. Since its establishment, it has successfully supported numerous businesses in a broad range of areas, including real estate, industry, high-tech, and more.

  3. 2000

    Tishrei Transport Ltd

    Tishrei Transport Ltd. and Tevet Logistics were established as part of the Kislev Group, specializing in land transport services as well as storage.

  4. 2003

    Kislev Sea Transport Insurance

    Kislev Sea Transport Insurance was established; insuring cargo that is transported by sea. The company now also specializes in insuring cargo of all kinds, as well as that which is transported by land and air.

  5. 2004

    Kislev Real Estate

    Kislev Real Estate was established, specializing in high growth properties, as well as residential and industrial properties, along with logistics, both in Israel and worldwide.

  6. 2007

    Kislev Transportation

    Kislev Transportation acquired the transport business of KGM, and entered into a partnership with Egged Transportation, for the distribution and marketing of Germany’s Continental brand.

  7. 2008

    Kislev Group

    The company acquired 50% of Goia Mia, an event hall and gardens in the center of Israel.

  8. 2010

    Kislev Transportation

    Kislev Transportation acquired an additional 25% of Egged Transportation and became its exclusive owner. The company established a national distribution channel and Continental became the leading, premium brand in its field within just a few years, now holding 30% of the market.

  9. 2012

    Kislev Transportation

    Sky Fund acquired 50% of Kislev Transportation via Shnapp. Kislev Transportation acquired Alliance Marketing Ltd. Together, the three companies represent a leading player in the automotive market in Israel. Alliance Marketing then split from Alliance, and in parallel extended its activities to include tire products that are not produced by Alliance.

  10. 2013

    Kislev Transportation And The Israeli Tire Company

    acquired a major asset in the center of Israel with a view to merging the two companies’ operations.

  11. 2014

    Kislev Group

    Kislev moved its headquarters to a new center Modiin in Israel, whose construction it completed in the same year.

  12. 2015

    Excellent

    Kislev established Excellent, a boutique firm specializing in maritime transport and customs.

  13. 2016

    Kislev Transportation

    Kislev received franchising rights for the import and distribution of Italy’s Butler dispensers.

  14. 2018

    Kislev Transportation

    Kislev Transportation acquired 50% of Kidmat Harechovot, a real estate holding company involved in the initiation of real estate projects.

  15. 2019

    Rallyance

    The Israeli Tire company merged with the Weiss brothers’ Rally Group, the importer of Yokahoma and Dunlop. Together, the three companies, i.e. Kislev, Rally, and the Israeli Tires company, represent the largest company in its field, leading the tires market in Israel.
